What Have We Done?

In early 2026, a top-tier virtual bank partnered with PFCC Academy to strengthen its junior tech team through a structured graduate onboarding program. Six candidates were placed into roles spanning data operations, product support, and cloud infrastructure. Unlike typical entry-level hires, PFCC graduates arrived equipped with domain-specific tech training, soft skills, and agile delivery know-how — enabling faster ramp-up and better team integration in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
