What have we done?

In Q4 2025, PFCC Academy successfully deployed four AI-trained graduates into a global investment bank’s Hong Kong office. The bank was seeking junior talent capable of supporting model development, compliance analytics, and automation pipelines. With a blend of technical expertise and industry-specific training from PFCC, the graduates were able to contribute from day one — reducing onboarding time and supporting high-impact initiatives across risk and operations.
